Un appartement avec une grande terrasse

Oui, c’est mon rêve !

Je suis une citadine, je l’ai toujours été.

Plutôt qu’une maison à la campagne, je rêve plutôt d’un grand appartement, tout près de Paris (Paris même, je n’ai pas les moyens) ou d’une grande ville de province, à moins de 10 minutes des transports en commun, au dernier étage, sans vis à vis, avec une belle terrasse d’au moins 20 m2, genre penthouse. Oui, je sais, j’ai des goûts de luxe mais je peux toujours rêver, cela ne coûte rien. 🙂

Une maison pour moi représente plus d’entretien, la contrainte de tondre la pelouse, refaire la toiture, s’occuper des gouttières bouchées, réparer la barrière de l’entrée, repeindre les volets… Je voyage beaucoup et j’aurais l’impression d’avoir plus de contraintes que de temps pour profiter de cette maison.

Alors, lors de mes promenades en ville, je repère les belles terrasses où je rêverais d’y installer mon transat, un beau salon de jardin, des arbustes, un olivier (oui, c’est aussi mon rêve, même si je ne vis pas dans le sud).

Justement, lors de ma promenade la dernière fois sur Paris, au Parc Montsouris, j’ai repéré quelques appartements bien situés. Ah, si j’avais les moyens !! 🙂

Bon , si vous me proposez une belle terrasse face à la mer, je ne dirai pas non , non plus !! 😉

    Dur choix ! Pour le moment en tout cas on serait plus appartement en ville, évidemment au dernier étage avec une grande terrasse bien exposée et donnant sur un lieu arboré et calme 😉 Après, une maison au bord de la mer où nous pourrions aller le WE ne serait pas pour nous déplaire non plus, mais on a trop la bougeotte pour pouvoir vraiment en profiter 😉

    Nous, les deux matchingpoints, nous avons chacune une maison, avec toutes les contraintes que vous citez…mais aussi le plaisir d’avoir un jardin, des arbres (même des oliviers…!), non loin d’une grande ville avec la pollution et le bruit.
    Il nous arrive aussi de rêver de ce genre d’appartement avec terrasse, vue imprenable, en pleine ville, le luxe en somme. Mais lorsque nous buvons notre café dans notre environnement paisible, alors nous ne le regrettons pas…

      Le hic pour moi ce sont les contraintes car le bricolage et le jardinage ne sont pas vraiment ma tasse de thé. 🙂
